Malcolm is a workforce development consultant with over 15 years of experience in human resources, digital marketing, corporate communication, and hospitality management across the Asia-Pacific region. Formerly the Regional Head of Marketing in the hospitality sector, Malcolm transitioned to training and adult education, where he equips professionals with digital best practices and fosters leadership and cross-cultural communication skills.
Malcolm has impacted over 3,000 learners across 35 institutes and continues to shape future leaders as a career mentor with NTU and Young NTUC since 2017.
