Before transitioning to training and adult education, Davian spent 9 years delivering technology explanations and user training to PMETs globally, honing his communication skills and ability to deliver engaging sessions. He then successfully guided over 300 companies in implementing human resource management systems (HRMS) and dedicated more than 200 hours to in-house training for onboarding new staff at Info-Tech.
Beyond his professional achievements, Davian passionately conducts classes in his free time to help individuals develop new hobbies and interests. His extensive expertise and commitment to education make his training sessions both engaging and transformative.
