Key responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable to conveying complex concepts in a clear, engaging, and inspiring manner.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging in-house and WSQ programmes, empowering individuals with essential digital skills and knowledge.
  • Analyse learning needs and formulate effective training strategies to address them.
  • Design and develop curriculum, comprehensive training materials and execute training activities, including classroom facilitation and course assessments, to provide a transformative learning experience.
  • Analyse and review training feedback and evaluations, implementing improvements to ensure the highest quality of training programs.
  • Manage the full spectrum of training administration, liaising with internal and external training partners and customers to ensure seamless delivery of programs.
  • Ensure training facilities and equipment are well-maintained to provide an optimal learning environment for participants.
  • Participate in additional duties and projects as assigned, contributing to the continuous growth and improvement of our training offerings.

Requirements:

  • Must be ACTA or ACLP certified.
  • Min. Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
  • Preferably at least 5 years of prior experience in WSQ facilitation and execution
  • A deep passion for people development with a natural flair for training and inspiring others.
  • Proficiency in stand-up training, facilitation, and assessment.
  • IT-savvy with familiarity in digitalised learning solutions.
  • Good understanding of the WSQ framework.
  • Familiarity with policies and administration of various government schemes and grants for training like WSQ programmes and WSQ ATO is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to work as part of a team.

  • Formulate strategies to build lasting digital connections with customers, growing followers, brand interest, and engagement through captivating content across various digital platforms. 
  • Plan and monitor the ongoing presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms) to ensure consistent and impactful engagement.
  • Launch optimised online advertisements via platforms like Meta and Google to enhance company and brand awareness.
  • Brainstorm new digital marketing platforms and creative ways to capture customer attention and drive engagement.
  • Compose, proofread, and edit online content to ensure consistency in branding and message delivery.
  • Design online marketing collateral, including graphic illustrations, photos, and videos, using Adobe Design Software or Canva to create visually appealing content.
  • Coordinate with external partners and collaborate closely with the internal teams to organize events aimed at increasing awareness and converting leads.
  • Stay updated on online marketing trends and continuously refine strategies to remain ahead of the curve.
  • Conduct market surveys, research trade information, and analyse competitors' online strategies to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Deliver monthly proposals, reports, and presentations, sharing insights to develop optimisation plans and actionable strategies.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the marketing team.

Requirements:

  • Min. of 3 years of relevant working experience in digital marketing.
  • A creative thinker and self-starter with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Experience with B2B social media, Google AdWords, and SEO.
  • Proficiency in creative content writing with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
